Stephen Dent has enjoyed a long and fruitful career within various finance roles, most recently founding the private investment firm Dent Inc having worked primarily within the field of investment and acquisitions since 1982. Prior to this he enjoyed stints with major investment companies and other organizations including PriceWaterhouseCoopers, Morgan Stanley Dean Witter and Company, and Rosenkranz and Company. A licensed CPA, Stephen Dent graduated from Harvard University with a BA and MBA and is responsible for overseeing all DCI investment activity.

Following his graduation from Harvard with a BA and MBA, Stephen Dent joined PriceWaterhouseCoopers where he spent three years within his first major finance and acquisitions role. Following this period he left to join the Mergers and Acquisitions department of Morgan Stanley Dean Witter & Company. Stephen also enjoyed a period working for private equity investment firm Rosenkranz & Company helping them to find suitable and profitable investment for their own portfolio. In 1986, Stephen Dent formed his own private equity investment firm called Dent Inc or DCI, where he remains company president and is responsible for managing all of their investment activities.

In his current role as company president of Dent Inc, Stephen Dent not only oversees the company’s investment strategies but also each of the individual investments that his company undertakes. Calling on his time with companies like PriceWaterhouseCoopers and his time building Dent Inc from start up to major investment bank, Stephen continues to meet the challenge that this full workload offers and continues to take Dent Inc to new heights.
